HAPPY MONDAY

First things first ----coffee has its very own server! Tea and coffee do not touch each other. Only time that happened is when I asked my mom whether she wanted tea or coffee. She did not make her choice know. Guess what!? She got both in the same cup!

Pulling things together for my big tea party a week from Wednesday. Joe and I are hosting the Tri County Button Meeting in Belfast , Maine. We will be serving refreshments for the day. We begin our day with each one having buttons out for show and tell and yes for sale. Then we gather around the tables for lunch and our program. I am giving the program on buttons and flowers.

Dubley Tardis will be making his presentation. Will be doing things a bit differently that will make all in attendence comfortable. Please wait for the details.

Dudley would like to show you who he has been keeping company with while everyone enjoys tea.

Dudley says there is quite the unique gathering at this tea party. Not only are there the Grannys of the World ladies but there are household members. They not only frighten the mouse from under the Queen's chair, but they join her at the table for tea and milk.  Milk is served in cut glass bowls for the two elegant ladies --Bunny Elizabeth the silver lady and Lily Joy the golden girl. Then there is Dr. Luke D'Moose. Peaking around the corner is Dolly Rose. Not to be forgotten is Pepe keeping watch over the grand party. Oh, and we can't forget the bears. They keep appearing from all over. They sure like marmalade on their scones!

Being a time machine, Dudley is quite impressed with the travel technology in Rumford, Maine. Look at all the countires we can travel too and by night time we are sleeping in our own beds dreaming of the day's adventure. He heard there are a number of other countries we can zoom too in quick order. May someday just have to stay longer as his fill up my passport.

Just a nother view of the Grannies and bears with Dr. Luke and me ( Dudley of course ).

  5. How nice for the Tardis teapot to be welcomed in Connecticut by such unique and special friends, Mia.
What a clever signpost for this teapot to find as well.
Now wouldn’t it be fun if Tardis could find an appropriate button to tie on its handle when it visits your Tri County Button Meeting in Maine. What fun to pour tea in two different states while visiting you.
Looking forward to your next post…
    Cheers,
    Martha
